Introduction

The National Disease Reporting System (NDRS) is a product of Awami Systems Technologies (AST) for facilitating the Livestock & Dairy Sector of Pakistan which can be used by any Province and Region in Pakistan. The respective Provincial department responsible for Animal Disease Reporting can use NDRS system for Disease Intimation, Reporting, Sample Collection, Diagnosis and Analytics. All the Veterinary Officers and Para vet Staff and the livestock farmers are connected with NDRS system through mobile and web based applications for collecting, processing, diagnosing and reporting the animal disease data in the province/ region.

We Are Committed to Protect the Privacy

We collect necessary information about the Livestock farmers and their livestock for providing the best possible services. This policy indicates the types of processes that may result in data being collected about the farmers. The use of this system through various applications by the farmers, and veterinary officers and para-vet staff gives the respective province/Region the right to collect that information for furthering the objective of livestock & Dairy Development Pakistan, and it will not be misused.

Information Collected

We may collect all or any Information like Name, CNIC Number, Mobile Number, Location, Address, SMS, Livestock Population, Disease Type, Sign/ Symptoms of the sick animals. In order to provide quick services we also seek access to Camera, Gallery, Location Information and other information that may be needed.

Information Use

The Information collected is primarily used to serve the livestock of the farmers in relation to treatment, guidance and taking necessary measures for preventing the disease outbreak in the area. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorized access to this information.

Right of access

If any person has concern or have any questions about Personal Data, the right to request access to the Personal Data which we hold or process. We will then provide Information about the data that are being processed and on the source of those data.
